BT360A High Precision Automatic Bench Lathe
The BT360A is a high precision automatic bench lathe engineered for accurate turning, threading and general machining of small to medium workpieces. Built by Jiangsu Bestech Industrial Co., Ltd., it combines a rigid bed, a wide speed range and a compact bench-top footprint, making it suitable for workshops, maintenance departments, training facilities and light production lines.

Construction and Accuracy
The machine features a 187 mm wide bed and a center height of 179 mm, providing a stable foundation for precise cutting. The spindle nose is available in D1-4/D1-5, and the spindle bore taper is MT5. The top slide travel is 95 mm and the cross slide travel is 170 mm, allowing flexible tool positioning. The maximum tool section is 16 x 16 mm.
Threading and Feeding
Threading capability is a core strength of the BT360A. It cuts 26 kinds of metric threads from 0.4 mm to 7 mm and 34 kinds of inch threads from 4 to 56 T.P.I. The lead screw has a diameter of Ø22 mm with a thread of 3 mm or 8 T.P.I, supporting consistent feed and thread accuracy.
Tailstock
The tailstock quill has a diameter of Ø32 mm and a travel of 100 mm, with an MT3 taper. This supports drilling, reaming and center work with reliable alignment.
